Who we are

Sweet Cheeks Bakery is a home bakery in Wootton, Bedford, run by Abbi, who is responsible for the information you give us. For anything to do with your personal information, email abbi@sweetcheeksbakery.co.uk.

We hold what you send us when you email or message us, and the records we make of your order:

• your name and contact details
• the details of your enquiry or order
• what you ordered, the price and what you have paid
• a delivery address, if we are delivering
• any allergy or dietary information you give us

Why we use it

• to reply to you and to tell you when we open, if you asked us to
• to quote for, make and deliver your order
• to keep the order and food safety records a food business needs

We use allergy information only to check and make your order safely.

The law lets us use your information because you asked us to, because we need it to agree and carry out your order, and because a food business has to keep certain records.

We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, including our order, food safety and accounting records. If you registered your interest and no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will delete your details.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and there are no forms that collect your details. The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses. Our email is provided by Google.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email abbi@sweetcheeksbakery.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
